My mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care.  I have created a practice that I believe in and would choose for my own family members.

I treat most mental health issues to include PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety and dissociative disorders. In addition, as a military veteran, former police officer, military spouse and mother to a military veteran I have personal experience with the issues which come unique to these populations. My experience with trauma,  trauma care and specialty training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) provides me with skills needed to help clients overcome experiences which may be interfering with everyday life.
